Ceviche class at Aymara

We don’t have any scheduled ceviche classes for the time being – but pop by this side once in a while to see when the next class will take place.

In a ceviche class at Aymara you will learn the basic techniques of how to make the perfect ceviche, in a social and intimate setting.

Ceviche class for private individuals

All our classes for private individuals are for up to 20 people. You will learn how to make a classic ceviche, a Tiradito Rocoto (Peruvian-Japanese ceviche) and a Causa Limeña (a ceviche twist on a Peruvian national dish).

The class lasts about 1.5 hours, and after we have finished making ceviche, we sit down and eat the food we have made together.

Example of a scheme for companies from 12 people up to a maximum of 20 people:

You will learn how to make Ceviche and Tiradito (“Peruvian sashimi”). The course lasts for 1.5 hours before you sit down and eat the two dishes you have made, in addition to 3 new dishes that the chefs will make for you.
