Terms and Conditions Ceviche Class

General terms
An order is not binding until the Ceviche Class has been paid for and the customer has received a confirmation from Aymara by email. After the confirmation is sent, the order is binding for both parties. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.

Payment is made on the booking page when ordering a Ceviche Class. Stripe administrates the payment. An order confirmation is sent by email after the payment is approved.

 

Cancellation
Cancellation of the Ceviche Class can be done by calling us or sending an email to booking@aymara.no before the deadline (see below)

Money is then refunded to the card with which the course was paid. This takes 3-5 days depending on the card acquirer. If the customer has any questions about the refund, he/she can contact us by phone 21 42 24 50 or by email: booking@aymara.no.

 

Deadline
The cancellation deadline is May 20 at 4pm. If the customer cancels the class after the expiry of the deadline, the total amount of the original order will not be refunded. If the customer is prevented from participating, he/she can give the place to someone else, but Aymara will not refund the payment. If the customer wishes to give his/her spot to someone else, the customer can send Aymara an email with the name change.

 

Complaint
If the customer wishes to complain about products or classes under the auspices of Aymara, this must be done immediately or no later than 24 hours after the event. Inquiries can be made on telephone 21 42 24 50 during our office hours 10pm – 4pm, Monday – Friday, or by email. An email with time stamping will be considered an inquiry in time.

 

Aymara’s right to cancel
Aymara has the right to cancel the Ceviche Class in the event of an unexpected situation. Situations that may arise that lead to cancellation are, for example, a corona-related shutdown, power outages, problems with the property or the like. If the course must be canceled, the prepaid amount will be refunded to the customer.

All email inquiries are answered within 24 hours on weekdays.
We can not guarantee email response within 24 hours on weekends and public holidays.
